Pie Fundraiser

The Freshmen Class is selling pies for the holiday season.  All order forms are due back to Ms. Osberg in rm. 74 or Mrs. Hughes in rm. 70 by 11/26.  Deliveries will be made on 12/13.  

October Week 1

Hi Everyone!
Hope you are all having a good week!  We had a productive meeting today.  Please remember that if you are an officer you are expected to be at all meetings.  Officers will also meet with me on Mondays to discuss the upcoming weekly meeting.

Some outcomes from today:
1. We decided our hallway theme will be music.  Please start collected supplies.  It is important that we have 110% commitment from all students involved.
2. We raised $459 from water sales at homecoming.  This helps us tremendously as we start the year.
3.  We decided our December fundraiser will be pie sales.  Stay tuned for more information.

Other Announcements:
-Vanessa Corsini was elected Treasurer.  Our officers for the year are as follows:
Blue Team VP- Jake Jobe
Red Team VP- Marina O'Neill
Yellow Team VP- Jordan Davey
Secretary- Vanessa Kanter
Treasurer- Vanessa Corsini

- Please welcome Mrs. Hughes to our team!  She will be our second class advisor.

Yellow Team VP

We had our second meeting today!  Things are moving along pretty well!  The Yellow Team elected Jordan Davey as their Vice President.  The Freshmen Class officers are as follows:

Blue Team VP- Jake Jobe
Red Team VP- Marina O'Neill
Yellow Team VP- Jordan Davey
Secretary- Vanessa Kanter (from Blue Team)

The position of Treasurer is still yet to be determined.  Please stay tuned for that announcement.

End of September

Hi Everyone!  Hope you had a great weekend!  Here are some general announcements regarding Freshmen Student Council.

-  We will be meeting tomorrow, 9/25 at 2:15 in Rm. 74.  Our meeting will focus on setting up water sales at Homecoming.  We will also discuss fundraising ideas.  Finally, we will be making posters encouraging students who are old enough to register to vote.

- Our officers for this school year will be:
Red Team VP:  Marina O'Neil
Blue Team VP: Jacob Jobe
Secretary: Vanessa Kanter

Yellow Team VP and Treasurer will be announced shortly.  We are still looking for people to fill delegate positions.

All officers should make sure they attend all meetings.  If you have been elected as an officers you should also make sure that your Parent Papers are into Ms. Wolf or myself.

Homecoming tickets go on sale this week.  You can buy your tickets at all lunches for $10.  The Homecoming Football game is Friday, 9/28 against Hingham and the dance will be on Saturday, 9/29.
